MobiSquirt offers a connection between iOS devices and MegaSquirt ECUs, enabling users to monitor real-time data from their vehicle's engine control system. This functionality also includes the ability to log data for subsequent analysis using tools like MegaLogViewer.

The application is being developed with the aim to support all versions of the MegaSquirt firmware eventually. However, initial releases will focus on ensuring compatibility with MegaSquirt 1, MegaSquirt 1 - Extra, MegaSquirt 2, and MegaSquirt 2-Extra. Future updates are expected to include support for MegaJolt as well.

The latest version, 1.2, has undergone testing with most MS1-Extra and MS2-Extra firmware versions, although other firmware variants may have limited or no compatibility in this iteration.

To utilize MobiSquirt, a WiFi or Bluetooth connection to the MegaSquirt ECU is necessary. Additional information regarding compatible options can be found on the official website at mobisquirt.org and detailed in the user manual available at mobisquirt.org/user-manual/.
